Applies to: All Web Design, Development, and Website Management services provided by Geeksblock LLC.

These Terms & Conditions govern all website design, development, updates, maintenance, and web management services (“Services”) provided by Geeksblock LLC (“Geeksblock,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to any customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By using our services, submitting a support request, approving a proposal, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.  Scope of Services

Geeksblock provides website-related services that may include, but are not limited to:

  • Website design and redesign

  • Ongoing website management

  • Content updates & posting

  • UI/UX improvements

  • On-page SEO optimization

  • Forms, pop-ups, and functional updates

  • Performance monitoring

  • Troubleshooting and platform assistance

The exact scope for each Client will be defined in an individual proposal or service plan.

Any task not explicitly included in the Client’s plan may require a separate estimate.

2. Communication Policy – Support Portal Required

To ensure accurate tracking and timely completion of work:

  • All communication, update requests, support issues, and content submissions must be made through the official Geeksblock Support Portal.

  • Requests submitted via direct email, text message, phone call, or personal communication channels will not be processed.

  • Response and turnaround times begin only after a request is submitted through the Support Portal.

This process ensures proper logging, accountability, and adherence to service levels.

3. Monthly Service Hours (If Applicable)

For Clients on a monthly website management plan:

  • Each plan includes a set number of service hours per billing cycle (e.g., 2–5 hours depending on the plan).

  • Hours cover all tasks within the approved scope.

  • Time is tracked in 15-minute increments.

  • Hours do not roll over month to month.

  • The specific hour limit for each Client will be stated in their proposal or agreement.

4. Overage Work

If Client requests exceed the allotted monthly hours:

  • Overage hours will be billed at the current hourly rate listed in the Client’s service agreement or publicly posted pricing.

  • Geeksblock will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client before exceeding monthly limits unless ongoing overage approval has been granted.

5. Billing & Payments

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Project-based work may require a deposit, milestone payments, or full payment upfront.

  • Payments are due within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Delays in project timelines

  • Late fees (up to 1.5% per month)

  • Non-payment may result in removal of access, removal of updates, or withholding deliverables.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide required access credentials, materials, and approvals in a timely manner

  • Supply content that is legally owned or properly licensed

  • Review and approve completed work quickly to avoid delays

  • Ensure that any third-party accounts (hosting, domain, apps) are active and paid

  • Delays caused by Client response time do not adjust billing cycles or deadlines.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership rights to completed website pages, approved designs, and final deliverables.

Geeksblock retains ownership of:

  • Proprietary tools, code snippets, internal systems

  • Drafts, mockups, and materials not included in the final deliverables
