Geeksblock is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help drive growth in our IT and security solutions business. Based in Miami with remote flexibility, this role offers a competitive base + uncapped commissions.

The Role
As our new Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will work directly with prospects to understand their IT needs, present tailored solutions, and bring them on board as long-terms clients.
What You’ll Do
· Prospect and generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, and marketing support.
· Bring innovative ideas and develop effective strategies to maximize sales and drive business growth.
· Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective clients.
· Conduct sales presentations and product demos.
· Prepare and present proposals based on client needs.
· Work closely with Geeksblock team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of sales experience (IT services, or MSP experience a major plus).
· CRM knowledge to effectively manage customer relationships, streamline sales processes, and drive data-informed decisions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
